ULT AG will introduce established and new solutions for air and gas purification in 3D printing processes at the formnext, international exhibition on generative manufacturing technologies.
In Frankfurt/M, Germany, the company will show how air-purification systems may support metal and plastics additive manufacturing processes, including solutions for inert gas cleaning during selective laser melting and the removal of dusts, vapors and particles in plastics melting.
ULT will be supported by the institute ‚Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT)‘ that will be exhibiting a current research system at the booth.
Another highlight will be the introduction of the new device series LAS 200.1 for laser fume extraction. The system scores with modular and rugged design, extremely low-noise operation, variable application opportunities for up to four workplaces and an extensive range of accessories. The specially developed automatic vacuum stabilization and selectable pressure ranges enable automatic and flexible adaptations of the system to changing pollutant situations.
