Graphite extraction
Processing graphite is also in connection with specific requirements.
ULT AG has extensive experience in filter systems specifically designed for the
removal of graphite dusts. Moulded graphite bodies are more and more used in
electrical engineering and in machine building. What is typical for the
processing of graphite components, for example, on CNC milling machines, is the
formation of soot. Smallest nano-sized particles distribute over the
environment. To economically filter such particles out of the atmosphere is a
challenge we have successfully faced.

Mobile extracting and universal downdraft table ASE 1000
This ASE 1000 mobile extracting and universal downdraft table is suitable for the
extraction and filtering of dust, fine dust, gases and vapours.
Due to the corresponding arrangement of the extraction hood, the dusts and
vapours produced during processing can be extracted directly from their source
and filtered. The fan integrated in the ASE 1000 produces the vacuum required
for extraction. Air pollution caused by dust, fine dust, gases and vapours is
collected and extracted directly at the source. In the ASE 1000, the polluted
air is forced through a combination of several filters where it is cleaned.
The cleaned air is diffused into the room through the rear panel of the unit. Any
energy losses in the working room as a result of exhaust air will thus be avoided.
The ASE 1000 can be used for both direct extraction and in combination with
articulated extraction arms.

Fire gilding
A modern air filtering technology for a 3000-year-old gilding technique.
Fire gilding is a very durable way of gilding art objects. However, this technique releases toxic
mercury vapours which require the use of modern air filtering equipment. For this purpose, ULT AG offers custom-built solutions.

ASD 300 Ex
A stationary extracting and filtering unit for combustible and explosive
types of dust of dust exposition class St1.
Surface filtration proceeds via cleanable, electrically conductive
polyester fleece filter cartridges with PTFE membranes of category C.
Owing to a standard HEPA H13 safety afterfilter, the recirculated air is of clean-room quality.
- Steel sheet housing.
- Fully automatic filter cleaning via a compressed-air multi-jet nozzle.
- The filtred materials fall into a dust collecting bin.
- Contamination-free disposal.
