If no unit from our available series can be used for your application, but specific filter combinations, geometries, functions of the unit, design variants or marking are required, we shall do developing and designing in accordance with your task. It often concerns special pollutants, difficult questions of pollutant collection and energy saving. If required, we develop for users or sales representatives new solutions together with our partners from science.

A reference example is laser work under clean-room conditions in pharmacy. In this specific case, chicken eggs are slit by a laser beam in order to obtain serum.
Tests have shown that a laser of moderate power can slit the lime eggshell without damaging the shell membrane and partly boiling the egg.
However, the laser blasts off lime particles which pollute the environment.
A cleverly thought-out system of sensors and computer-controlled mirrors precisely guide the laser beam over the eggs. This requires an absolutely clear field of vision for the optics involved. The extraction of the lime particles and vapours directly from their source ensures precision, on the one hand, and sterile clean-room conditions, on the other. This is an example that "clean air" is a prerequisite to a correct working process, going far beyond observing the hygienic rules for air or the workplace limit values, respectively.
